Course terms

These terms cover the courses sold on academy.theveiledstylist.com by The Veiled Stylist, a hijab styling studio in South-East Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

What you buy

  • The round turban lesson, US$39: two filmed lessons, the prep and the round turban.
  • The course, US$497: five filmed modules and a written guide to working as a stylist.
  • The course with mentorship, US$997: the course plus 90 days of mentorship with Rewa: three monthly video calls and email support between them. Places are limited to three a month. Rewa confirms the call dates by email after you enrol.

Prices and currency

All prices are in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a fee.

Access

Your access runs for 12 months from purchase. You can watch the lessons as often as you like during that time, on any device, through your login.

Refunds

Digital course. The Veiled Styling Academy is a digital course, delivered online behind a login, with 12 months' access from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind. One exception: if you buy the US$39 Round Turban lesson and then buy the full course within 14 days, you can ask for your US$39 back. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If the course is faulty or not as described, reply to your order email and tell us what went wrong.

The US$39 lesson and the full course

If you buy the round turban lesson and then buy the full course (either option) within 14 days of buying the lesson, you can ask for your US$39 back. Reply to your order email within that time and we will refund the US$39 to the card you paid with.

Certificate

You receive a certificate of completion from The Veiled Styling Academy. It is not an accredited qualification.

Results

Results vary. We do not promise income, clients or outcomes. The course teaches technique.

Using the lessons

Your licence. The course videos, workbooks and materials are Rewa's intellectual property and are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may not share, copy, record, resell or republish any part of them.

Planned updates

Front drapes and the fishing-line technique are planned free updates, added when filmed, for students whose access is current.
